I’m Matt, the owner of White Tanks Home Guardian, and I’m proud to serve the Sun City Festival community with reliable, neighborly home‑watch services. My wife, Shari, and I live here in Sun City Festival.  Before starting this business, I spent 30 years as a sales executive in the 3D-printing industry, where precision, communication, and accountability were essential. I’m also a licensed Arizona Realtor, which means I’ve been fingerprinted, background‑checked, and vetted by the state.  When you hand me your keys, you’re trusting someone who has already met strict professional and ethical standards.

I hold both a BA and MA in Applied Psychology, which helps me understand what people need to feel secure and how to communicate clearly and respectfully. Prior to launching this business, I spent years watching over the homes of family members while they traveled — experience that taught me exactly what seasonal homeowners worry about and how much peace of mind a reliable home‑watch professional can provide.  I’m committed to treating your home with the same care I give my own.
